VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy
This VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in how to provide body massage using pre-blended aromatherapy oil, Indian head massage and hot stones therapy massage.
This qualification will enable you to develop sound knowledge of how to monitor and maintain health and safety practices in a salon environment, how to promote client care and communications in beauty related industries, how to maintain personal health and wellbeing as well as exploring the origins of massage and the principles of complementary and alternative medicine. You will also develop and underpinning knowledge and understanding of the practical skills learned throughout this qualification.
This fast-track course can be completed around your commitments making it the perfect choice for those wanting a good balance of classroom teaching and home learning.
You will also be required to do some home-based learning to practice your skills and complete homework as part of this course.

➖ Good standard of English sufficient to complete the course competences and online examinations.

Do I need to bring a model?
No. However, you can bring a model for your practical assessments if you wish to.
At all other times students will be expected to practice on each other.What do I need to buy for this course?

➖ Uniform - therapist tunic, black trousers and black flat closed toe shoes
➖ Equipment - whilst you are training with us, we provide all the products and equipment you need to complete your practical assessments
What can I do with this qualification?
You can seek employment as a massage therapist, or you can progress onto a Level 4 or other specialist VTCT vocationally related qualifications
The VTCT Level 3 in Massage Therapy is the ideal advanced vocational course for any aspiring or experienced massage therapist, seeking to gain a highly regarded qualification. This qualification is fully accepted for licencing purposes so you will be able to work as a self-employed freelancer or in commercial sectors such beauty salons, spas, health clubs or in the retail sector. You may even decide to use your internationally accredited qualification to work in hotels or cruise liners around the globe.
