Course Refunds:

All course purchases made through our website are subject to the regulations and timelines established by United Kingdom law for online purchases and in-person services. Refunds for course fees will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation Before Course Commencement: If you wish to cancel your course booking before the commencement date, you must notify us at least 14 days in advance. A cancellation fee may apply.

  • Course Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend the course without prior notice or valid reason, no refund will be provided.

  • Course Cancellation by West London Beauty Academy: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.

 

Teaching Material Refunds:

The teaching materials provided by West London Beauty Academy are certified by our experts in VTCT. We do not offer refunds for teaching materials purchased through our website, except in cases of:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Material: If you receive incorrect or damaged teaching materials, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
