Entry requirements
➖ No previous experience required
➖ Good standard of English sufficient to complete the course competences and online examinations.
➖ Students must be over 16 years old to enrol on this course
When does the course start?
➖ The NVQ2 in Beauty Therapy course starts every February and September.
How long is the course?
➖ 16 weeks (1 day per week)
➖ 10am - 5pm
➖ Maximum class size: 12 students

➖ Online theory tests (multiple choice)
➖ Observations and oral questioning

Do I need to bring a model?
No. However, you can bring a model for your practical assessments if you wish to.
At all other times students will be expected to practice on each other.What do I need to buy for this course?
➖ Stationery - notepad and pen
➖ Uniform - therapist tunic, black trousers and black flat closed toe shoes
➖ Equipment - whilst you are training with us, we provide all the products and equipment you will need for your practical assessments
What can I do with this qualification?
You can seek employment as Junior Beauty Therapist, or you can progress onto our Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy course.
